Oral Health Savings Plan

At Wilmington Family Dental, we understand just how challenging it can be to keep up with the rising cost of healthcare. This is why we've developed a customized health savings plan designed to provide those who are currently uninsured with an affordable payment option. For a low annual fee you and your family will have the opportunity to receive exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fluoride treatments at a significant discount.

How does it work?

For an annual fee, our Oral Health Savings Plan members receive two exams, two cleanings, any necessary x-rays, and a 15% courtesy off all other dental treatment provided in our office within the enrollment period.

Oral Health Savings Plan Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Who can enroll in the Wilmington Family Dental Oral Health Savings Plan?

A. You may enroll yourself, your spouse, and/or family members living in the same household and children under 18. For each family member you enroll, there is an additional discount that is applied up to three members. However to receive the subsequent discounts, all participants must be named on the original enrollment form. Services are non-transferrable between patients. Additional annual fees may apply for additional members added to the plan.

Q. How long am I enrolled?

A. Activation begins on the date of approved application when full payment is received. It expires the next year at the end of the activation month. Unused benefits do not carry over into the following year. You will be notified by e-mail at least 30 days prior to your expiration date, so you may choose to cancel or continue your benefits. Fees are subject to change upon plan renewal.

Q. Is the plan the same thing as dental insurance?

A. The Wilmington Family Dental Oral Health Savings Plan is not insurance and no services are covered, in the manner of traditional insurance. Services are offered at reduced fees and full payment of fees is expected when service is rendered.

Q. Do I need to pay the annual enrollment fee all at once?

A. Yes. However, please contact our office to discuss other possible payment arrangements.
